Climate Control is used all year round

Clean & disinfect the system now

In everyday language we talk about “the aircon” or the “A/C”. Mostly, those terms are used to describe the system that cools down temperatures in summer. This was true in the past for earlier generation vehicles, when the air-conditioning was only built in vehicles for this particular cooling function. Automotive engineers have developed a new generation “HVAC” system: Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning.

What does the HVAC system regulate throughout the year?

Temperature regulation:

In summer the HVAC system cools down temperatures and, in the winter, it is responsible for heating the vehicle. Did you know? The temperature differences between the interior and exterior are higher in the winter. In summer the temperatures mostly range from 20°C in the inside of the vehicle to 30°C outside, so in average a difference of 10°C. In winter the differences are higher, ranging from 0°C outside to 20°C inside the vehicle. The bigger the temperature differences are, the more condensation can be found on the evaporator and more condensation forms a perfect ground for microorganisms. That is one reason why you should not switch off the air-conditioning in spring or autumn. When switched off, the system cannot do its job of regulating the moisture.

Demist:

During the colder months the HVAC system regulates the humidity and removes excessive moisture. This feature helps to remove mist from the vehicle windows.

Defrost:

In winter the HVAC system is melting the ice that has accumulated on the vehicle windows.

Proven Efficiency

Airco-Clean® has been successfully tested for various bacteria and viruses by independent research laboratories. Test EN14476 + A2:2019 has proven that Airco-Clean® for air-conditioning surfaces eliminates 99,99% of all viruses in 15 minutes including SARS-COV-2 (COVID-19).

Aircomatic® & Airco-Clean® Treatment

  • Nebulisation process guarantees contact with all the components of the air-conditioning system (including the cabin filter and the
    evaporator)
  • Elimination of various viruses & bacteria on the air-conditioning surfaces
  • Reduction of bad smells is immediately noticeable due to inactivity of germs (bacteria and fungi)

Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use.

NEW! DIRECT INJECTION SPECIALS

Discover the 2 Step Fix

Traditional engines vs. Direct Injection engines
In a traditional petrol injection engine, fuel is sprayed into the intake system, where it is mixed with the air before being sucked into the combustion chamber and ignited. This method offers far from perfect efficiency as the fuel/air mix is not uniform. Some fuel would also evaporate before reaching the combustion chamber. Direct injectors are located in the cylinder head and spray very finely atomised fuel directly into the combustion chamber. This method allows for a near perfect fuel/air mixture ensuring efficient combustion, excellent performance, lower fuel consumption and reduced exhaust emissions.

Direct Injection engines are extremely sensitive to contamination
Gasoline direct injection engines and their components are engineered to very exacting tolerances and operate under severe conditions. Direct injection engines use smaller and lighter engines with a turbocharger but operate at higher temperatures and pressure. They produce more NOx and particulates requiring the engine to be equipped with EGR valves and particulate dilters and the fuel system to be treated with the latest additives technologies.

STEP 1: DIRECT INJECTION VALVE CLEANER

• Cleans valve stems and seats
• Cleans the combustion chamber and piston crown
• Restores correct air flow to the engine
• Restores correct engine operation

STEP 2: GDI EFFICIENCY RESTORER

• Rapidly restores injector flow rates and spray patterns
• Reduces the risk of engine damage from Low Speed Pre-Ignition (LSPI)
• Maintains EGR, Turbo, CAT and GPF cleanliness
• Protects against corrosion created by E10/E85 bio-petrol for up to 10,000 km

3 TOP TIPS

FOR A FULL PERFORMANCE AND FRESH START

If a car stands still for a long period and is only used for short drives, this has a harmful effect on the car and its fuel system. As lockdown rules ease, make sure you are ready to give your customers the best advice to maintain a vehicle after the lockdown.

#1 DIESEL/PETROL TOTAL ACTION TREATMENT:

  • Preventative all-in-one formula cleans before, during and after combustion
  • Cleans injectors, inlet valves, EGR valves, combustion chamber, turbo, DPF/CAT
  • Restores engine performance, reduces exhaust smoke and maximizes fuel economy

#2 WYNN’S AIRCOMATIC® III SOLUTIONS:

  • Airco-Clean® treatment: Clean and Eliminates bacteria & virus from A/C (incl. COVID-19). (Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use.)
  • Air Purifier treatment: Further cleans the surfaces and removes bad odours in the passenger compartment caused by pets, food, nicotine, etc.

#3 SUPER FRICTION PROOFING®:

  • Improves the lubricating and cleaning properties of engine oils
  • Prevents oxidation and reduces friction

99,99% VIRUS ELIMINATION

in 15 min according to EN14476+A2:2019 including SARS‐CoV‐2 (Covid-19)

Clean and disinfect your air conditioning system protect from the spread of viruses and bacteria in your car.

How can viruses enter the air conditioning system?

The air conditioning filter, evaporator and air vents are places where microorganisms have ideal conditions to grow (low temperature and darkness)

How can we prevent them from entering the passenger cabin?

By Cleaning & Disinfecting the entire air conditioning

Why Clean?

  • Clean systems inhibit bacterial growth

  • Cleaning physically removes dirt, grime and accompanying germs leaving poor conditions for bacterial growth

Why Disinfect?

  • To eliminate most germs like bacteria, fungi, algae and to prevent growth of microrganisms and viruses

  • Disinfected systems are protected up to 6 months from bacteria re-growth (NEN 6265 test)

How?

  • Nebulisation process guarantees contact with all the components of the air conditioning system (including the filter and the evaporator)

  • Aircomatic treatments have a cleaning effect on systems and physically remove microorganisms on systems

Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use.
