1. Protection of personal data
We are pleased about your interest in our company and our products or rather our service provided, and, while visiting our website, we want you to feel save, especially considering your personal data. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Following the provisions of the FDPA is regarded a matter of course.

We want you to know when and what kind of data is collected, and how we use it. Technical and organisational measures have been taken to secure the compliance with data protection both by us, and external service providers.

2. Anonymous data processing
You can generally visit the websites ofWynn’s without telling us who you are.

3. Personal data
Personal data are information about your identity. This means e.g. information about your name, address, phone number, e-mail address. It is not necessary to provide personal data to use our website. In particular cases we need your name and address as well as further information, for providing the asked service.

The same goes to the sending of informative material and ordered products, or for the answer of personal questions. If this is necessary, we will point that out. Furthermore, we only save and process data, which are given to us voluntarily, and if necessary, data that are automatically collected when visiting our website (e.g. your IP-address and the name of the websites recently visited, the browser and the operating system you are using, date and time of the access, used search engine, name of downloaded data).

If you draw on services, we will only collect the data, which are needed to accomplish the service. If we ask you to provide further data, this is to be regarded as voluntary statement.

The procession of personal data only occurs for providing the asked service, and for the protection of own just business interest.

4. Purpose specification of personal data
The personal data offered by you will generally be used to answer your inquiries, to carry out your order, or to grant access to specific information or offers. For the upkeeping of the relation with the clients it might be necessary, that we or a service enterprise engaged by us, will use this personal data to inform you about product range, or to hold a survey online to meet the requirements of our clients.

6. Export and data processing outside of the European Economy Community
Generally no data is exported to states outside of the European Economy Community. Therefore, no data which is processed, stored or used otherwise on the websites of Wynn’s is processed, stored or used outside of the European Economy Community.

7. Data, which will be automatically collected when visiting our website
When using our website, the following data will be saved due to organisational and technical reasons: the name of the sites you visited, the name of the browser you are using and your operating system, date and time of your visit, used search engines, name of downloaded data and your IP address.

8. Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google“). Google Analytics uses so called “cookies“, text files which will be saved on your computer and which allow an analysis of the usage of this website by you. The information generated by the cookie about your usage of the website will, as a rule, be transmitted to and be saved on a server of Google in the USA. However, in case of an activation of the IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within the member states of the European Union, or within other contracting states of the treaty about the European economic area.

The entire IP address will only in exceptional cases be transmitted to and then be shortened on a server of Google in the USA. The IP address, transmitted according to Google Analytics by your browser, will not be combined with other data of Google. 9. Cookies

People under 18 should not transfer personal data to us without having the permission of the parents or the legal guardian. We do not ask for personal data of children or teenagers, do not collect them or transfer them to third parties.

Technical and organisational security measures were made to keep your personal data save from loss, destruction, manipulation, and unauthorized hits. All employees and every person concerned with data processing, need to comply with the FDPA and other laws being relevant to data protection as well as with the confidential use of personal data.

Our security measures are regularly maintained according to the technological developments.

13. Change of our data protection code
We reserve the right to change out security measures and data protection measures according to technical developments if necessary. In this case our indications on data protection will be adapted, too. Please note therefore the latest version of our data protection notice.

In case you are using external links offered on our websites, our data protection notice will not be used on this links. If we offer links, we ensure that when having placed the link on our site, there was no breach of the law on the other website. However, we do not have any influence on the obeying of data protection and security provisions of other providers.
